I had a very disappointing experience at Massage Romantic. Before arriving, I was told the massage would be $70. Once I got there, the therapist asked for cash while I was already in the massage room. In the middle of the massage, she suddenly increased the price by an additional $10 and told me I could pay afterward. During my session, she repeatedly walked out of the room to take phone calls and greet walk-in customers, which made the experience feel unprofessional and very uncomfortable. After the massage, I paid $80 total (which included what would have been her tip). She then demanded more money and became aggressive when I told her I didn’t have any additional cash. She even pulled out her phone to use Google Translate while arguing with me. When I asked to use the restroom before leaving, I was told there was no bathroom available because the water was off, which was very concerning for a business providing massage services. As someone who gets regular professional massages, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was unprofessional, constantly interrupted, and they attempted to upcharge me after the fact. I would not recommend this business.
